Chocolate Cupcakes

I wanted to try a new chocolate cupcake recipe, it worked really well and it was nice and moist. It's not super chocolatey so goes really well with dark choc ganache. If you're not using a super chocolatey icing, I'd go for a recipe with a bit more chocolate in it - if you're not into choc overload here's the recipe:
